LASHDOLLS SUPPLY has a strict no refund and no return policy, with the exception of exchange due to product defects reported within 48 hours of delivery or in-store purchase.
To initiate an exchange for a product defect customers must contact us at lashdollssupply@gmail with the following information.
1 Include your Name
2 Primary contact information
3 Include Order Number
4 Details of defect, with proof such as videos & photos
5 A response can be expected 3-5 business days.
